Frak, wiped out tired.
Even distances I used to be able to do just kick my ass.
Kept having to stop and rest.
Got a bit light headed on the last walk, partly due to low calories and partly due to it being really hot.
Yesterday was 2k and today was 1.65k.
At least yesterday we got out early before it got hot.
Still very slow but I did go out.
Pokemon Go helped motivate. :D
I need to make sure that I keep moving.
Going so low calorie will put my body in shutdown/storage mode.
I need to make sure that I keep enough activity to prevent that.
And the more I can do before, the easier it will be to do it after the surgery.
Been feeling very tired this weekend.
Not sure if it is due to adding more activity or what.
I am on day 12 of sub 1000 calories a day.

Keeping it over 100 grams of protein and under 1000 calories.
Trying to keep the sugars and fat down as low as possible.
One compromise, I am using 4% cottage cheese as I was really feeling hungry on the 1% stuff (nurse approved).
It could just be catching up to me.
Think I will contact the bariatric nurse at the clinic and find out about the support group.
Might try to go to it to be able to ask more questions about what people went thru and how they felt.
So numbers looking good.

I need to put marks on the floor to ensure I am in the same spot every time.
I am not sure that I was at the same distance from the scale board each time and that will change the view and benefit of the measuring squares.
Then did measurements and weighed myself.
We got a new scale off Amazon that allows me to pull the numbers to my phone.
We took it up to the medical clinic and compared it to the scale there and it matched on several different tries to I figure it is fairly accurate.
It also calculates body fat, lean muscle mass, total fat weight, and a couple other things.
I can then pull that into FitBit, which Elsolel is using but I don't since I have a Garmin, Google Fit, or some other one I don't use.
I can then pull that into FitBit, which Elsolel is using but I don't since I have a Garmin, Google Fit, or some other one I don't use.
So I am letting it go into Google Fit for now.
I think I can see a difference in the pictures from the first ones to now but hard to say.
Elsolel says she can see a difference already but hard for me to see it.
Maybe I can do some editing and put them in a single image, side by side and make sure the scale is the same.
The first week, the lighting and flash weren't the same.
Since my final appointment on May 31 until this morning I have lost just under 32 pounds.
This has had me thinking in the back of mind, could I just use this for 3 more months and avoid the surgery.
I have never done low calorie this strictly or for this long.
It has put some doubts in my mind that maybe I just didn't try the right type of method to lose weight before and could do it without surgery.
Point to ponder.
Again, a reason to find a support group.
