On 20190317 I did a 1 mile ruck with my 30 pound pack then did a 5k on the treadmill.
Mix of fast walk and run.
5.01k in 43 min 45 seconds.
I am on 2 different Ragnar teams this year.
First is with Operation: 23 To Zero - Road MN
Second is with my brother - Trail WI
I am getting a flag made and shipped to me.
