Currently I am an athlete in training.
I have been fit at times and fat most of the time.
I had a Duodenal Switch weight loss surgery to help me.
I used to have diabetes, high blood pressure, high triglycerides and low HDL.

Vacation and Final Stretch
11 days left in the year including today. 37 miles to go to get 700. On the treadmill now. Plan on doing 5 today.
